South Africa's first ever Call of Duty 4 team to compete overseas, Qoob Gaming, is heading out this evening to Europe to compete at AEF, in Antwerp, Belgium from the 29th to 31st of July.

With their lineup of respectable names, including Pantheon's own Greg "Rora" Van der Spuy, Pantheon Gaming wishes them all the best of luck in what will certainly be a life changing experience for the five players involved.

For the next two days, the team will be putting in some international practise as they have secured a pre-LAN spot at the venue. On Saturday the 30th, they will begin their group (B), playing a whopping 6 games before they will know whether they are through to the next round or not.

Their group see's two highly regarded teams in the form of RAGE.nl, a dutch based side, as well as YoYotech, a stalmate in the Euro Call of Duty scene for several years.

With over 10,000 euro's in prize money, and over 50 teams competing, AEF will not only be a massive LAN, but also a memorable one as it see's the return to large-scale COD events, and a representation of teams from all around the globe.

Qoob Gaming will certainly be rewriting the history books as they climb on board their flight this evening, and we as Pantheon Gaming fully support their efforts, all the best Qoob!
